The alterations to this property involve constructing a new two-storey extension to the front with a full width single storey extension to the rear.
The new ground floor rear façade is almost entirely glazed with a bespoke roof terrace located above. Sleek steel fin posts are incorporated behind the rear façade supporting the terrace whilst minimising the impact on the view of the garden from the living area.
We provided the full design of the bespoke terrace as well as introducing a cantilevered slab to the garage and rear extension to avoid underpinning or demolishing and rebuilding the existing stone boundary wall.
